It is undoubtedly true that many criminals who complete their first prison sentence commit the crime again. It is because of several reasons such as rehabilitation, employment and many more, But this could be solved if the government takes some useful measures on time. There are some reasons for re-offends. First is an imperfect system of jail. Different types of criminals are locked in prison, and they do not have much work to do in prison, so they are free most of the time. They spend their free time do chit chat with another prisoner and exchange their information about what they have done before. Sometimes some offenders encourage others to take revenge, which increases the crime. Secondly, when offenders are released from prison, they face many difficulties such as a society people do not accept them and always ignore such kind of people, which is one of the reasons which encourage them to commit a crime again. In addition to this, their record, to illustrate, whenever a person appears for a job interview, companies check his/her records. So in this, employers reject the profile of those people who do any criminal activity in their past. Moreover, lack of motivation, the government does not provide proper training and education to their prisoners, which is also a reason to commit more crimes after serving the punishment.

There is a need for solutions which will help to prisoner to lead a good life. The first is practical training. The government should provide some practical work training so that prisoners can run their work if they do not get any job. The second is, change the jail system means, increase the work inside the jail because it can busy all the offenders, and they get less time to do chit chat with other prisoners. Moreover, the government should open some workstations which support offenders and give them a job when they completed their punishment. In conclusion, if they get training and proper education, they may lead a good life, but it also possible not only with the help of the government, but individuals support these people.
