Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to request for issuing a duplicate certificate of the intensive English Speaking Course which I have recently completed from your institution, Modern College.
Although I had received the course completion certificate immediately after finishing the course, I have unfortunately lost it. When I returned back to my country, my suitcases were misplaced at the airport carousel, and I received only after a week from the lost and found department. However, there were many items missing from my luggage, and also the envelope containing all my educational documents including the certificate received from your college.
Because my company was afforded me to complete this course, they would compensate for the fees and other expenses only after furnishing the course certificate. Additionally, this certificate is also very crucial for me in order to show my English proficiency to the client of our company which is essential for my designation.
As you might understand the necessity of it for me, I would like you to issue a duplicate certificate. It would be great if you could send a scanned copy of it to my registered email address. I would appreciate it if you would send me a physical copy at my office address as I provided during registration because sometimes I need to show for verification.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to express my concern over the lost certificate about Stress management in employees; however, I lost it somewhere.
Let me inform you that after getting it from you, I left for my home. Besides, I stopped to take coffee in a coffee shop, and, abruptly, I received a call and was engrossed in it so much that I thoroughly forgot to pick it up from the table. I must have forgotten there. I tried to ascertain it, but I could not get it.
I want to tell you that it was 6 months course and my promotion is entirely based on it. Many workers of my company had been confronting stress, and my company recommended I attend this course to learn about new techniques and psychological tests so that I could help my co-workers. Eventually, I was able to get attractive remuneration with incentives.
Would you be kind enough to issue me a duplicate certificate for my promotional prospects? In addition, it is mandatory for me, as I would like to opt for this course further in the future. So, I may have need of it.

Respected Mr. Smith,
I have recently completed a Post Graduate Diploma in IT Management from West Alberta College. I was sent there by my organization as a part of the ‘Get A Diploma Program’ they conduct every year for their employees. In an unfortunate event, my certificate for the course has been misplaced. For that reason, I’m writing to request you to issue me another one.
I am assuming that I lost the certificate during my return journey. As there was a flight delay, I had visited the airport’s café for a quick bite. I think, while picking up all my belongings, I might have dropped the folder that contained the certificate. To make matters worse, I realized that I didn’t have it only after I had landed in my home country.
In regards to the course, it proved to be a gold mine for me. I learned various new aspects of Information Technology Management including team handling, project management, resource allocation, and planning. I had intended to submit the credentials of this course to apply for a promotion in my company. If I am not able to do so, my promotion could be put on hold, thereby posing as a significant hindrance to my professional growth.
I am deeply remorseful for my carelessness, and I would be greatly obliged if you could mail me a duplicate copy of the diploma certificate. I have mentioned my address with this letter; in addition, I am ready to bear the transportation charges and any other official expense for the procedure.
Kindly let me know if there are any forms that I need to fill and submit to initiate the process from my end. I am hoping for the utmost support from you in this matter.

I am writing this letter to request you to issue me a duplicate certificate of my post-graduation diploma in Marketing Management which I did from January 2020 to June 2020.
My name is David Miller, and my college identification number is 48712. While I was travelling back to my home country, my bag containing important documents were lost at Heathrow airport, London. I immediately filed a police complaint, and till now, I have not received any reply from the police department.
I need this certificate to prove to my employer that I went abroad to do this post-graduation. My employer provided me with partial funding to do this course and to get pending dues of my funding, I need a certificate of this course.

My name is Shreya Patel and I am one of your students in the 2019-2020 batch from India. I am writing this letter to request a duplicate certificate for the 1 year ‘International cookery’ course which I pursued in your college in 2020.
I did the ‘Certificate Course in International Culinary Arts’ in your college from September 2019 to September 2020. I got the certificate also but as I travelled back to India, Etihad Airways misplaced my baggage. I got my baggage after 3 days and when I opened it many things were missing including the certificate.
This certificate is very important for me as my placement in one of the best hotels in my city named Marriott Hotel is based on this course and that certificate is proof that I have done the course.
